Last updated: February 1, 2026
We collect the minimum data required to run Track'd. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Google user data
Data accessed
- Basic Google profile info (name, email, profile photo, and a unique account ID) for sign-in.
- OAuth tokens that grant access to Google services you explicitly connect.
- Additional Google data only if you grant extra scopes (for example, Google Fit activity or workout data if you choose to connect it).
Data usage
- Authenticate you and create or secure your Track'd account.
- Sync connected Google data to power app features you enable.
- Provide customer support, account recovery, and security protections.
Data sharing
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We share it only with service providers that help us operate the app (hosting, analytics, email), under strict confidentiality and solely to provide Track'd.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising or to train generalized AI/ML models.
